Rental Planner terms

Effective October 10, 2026. Rentshelf Rental Planner is operated by SKYTECH SERVICES LTD, 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. These terms supplement the Rentshelf Terms of Service for this calculation and public documentation service.

Scope of service

The service provides rental planning calculations and a curated snapshot of public Rentshelf help content. It does not connect to a merchant account, create reservations, execute payments or provide professional financial, legal or tax advice. A custom connection does not imply approval, endorsement or directory publication by OpenAI or any other client provider.

Your inputs and decisions

Use accurate, non-personal inputs that you are authorized to supply. Review the assumptions returned with each calculation. Results omit costs and operational constraints that you do not provide. Verify actual pricing and availability in your rental system before making a customer commitment or inventory purchase.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not submit credentials or sensitive personal information, interfere with the service or evade rate limits. Availability is not guaranteed. The service and documentation snapshot may change; tool versions and material changes are maintained by Rentshelf.

For a calculation issue, include the tool name and a non-sensitive example at info@rentshelf.app. Do not send private customer records.
